American Flatbread is all-natural pizza baked in a wood-fired earthen oven. Our restaurant is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. Vermont Magazine voted American Flatbread best hometown restaurant in the pizza division for 1998.  Open Sunday, Jan 20th and Feb. 17th along with regular Friday and Saturday hours of 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
